Demo request β organisation
Somebody asks for a demo from the public site, and the same record becomes their organisation when they say yes. Nothing is retyped between the two.

A reference comes back on the confirmation page, quoted from their own session so nobody else can reach their lead.

Convert the lead into an organisation
Platform admin
The trading name is prefilled from the business name and the slug is derived from it. The demo carries its own requests, so the link opens the register rather than this exact record. A franchise partner is asked for a territory and a network as well.
Open on the demo β sign-in - The system does this
- Re-ask the guard when the form is submitted, so a request someone changed in another tab is refused rather than moved twice

Carry on with the normal onboarding
Platform admin
The lead is now an organisation record like any other: seating an owner, setting the licence tier and activating it are the same steps as for an organisation you opened by hand. The demo carries its own organisations, so the link opens the register rather than this exact record.
Open on the demo β sign-in - The system does this
- Refuse a slug another organisation already holds, because two organisations on one address make both unreachable
- Create the organisation in onboarding, link the lead to what it became, and provision its public home page and menus
