Your enquiry form, on your own website
You already have a website. Until now, anyone who wanted to enquire had to be sent away from it to a FAST page — at the exact moment they had decided to get in touch.
A widget puts the same form on your own page instead. You paste one line into your site; the enquiries arrive in the same pipeline you already work, and nothing else changes.

Every placement you have, with the two columns that matter most on the right: how many enquiries it has captured, and when the last one arrived.

Business owner
Name it for yourself, list the websites allowed to carry it, choose how it is embedded and how it looks. It is saved as a draft — it serves nothing yet.

Copy the snippet and activate
Business owner
The snippet is built for you from this placement, so the key in your website always matches the one in FAST. The preview shows the real form, at the column width you pick.

A draft with no website refuses to go live
Business owner
Activate is offered and says no, next to the section that fixes it. That list is not housekeeping — it is what stops any other site from framing your form.
Open on the demo ↗ sign-in - The system does this
- Refuse to activate a placement with no website listed, so a live placement always has one
- 5
What the visitor sees
Your customer
The same enquiry form your own
/enquirypage uses — no FAST header, no menu, nothing but the form, because everything around it belongs to your page. - 6
A darker placement
Your customer
Three styles ship: light, dark and compact. Pick the one that sits properly on the page you are putting it on.
- 7
A placement that is not live
Your customer
A draft, a disabled placement, a website you removed, an address nobody issued — all answer with exactly this, and nothing distinguishes them. One plain sentence and nothing else is the whole page: no heading, no branding, no reason given, because anything more would tell a stranger which of the four it was.
- The system does this
- Answer every unavailable reason identically, so nobody can test an address to see whether it exists
- 8
On your own website
Your customer
This is the point of the feature. The page is somebody else’s site on a different address; the form inside it is yours, in FAST, with your enquiries landing in your pipeline.
- The system does this
- Tell your website only the height of the form and that a submission happened — never what was typed in it
- 9
The enquiry arrives where it always does
Business owner
No separate inbox. It is in the same pipeline as an enquiry from your FAST page. Captured by widget is one of that pipeline’s filters, so you can read a single placement’s enquiries on their own without them leaving the board everybody else works.
Open on the demo ↗ sign-in - The system does this
- Stamp the owning organisation from the placement, never from anything the browser sent
One placement per page, not one per company. Make a separate widget for each page you put a form on — the register then tells you which pages are actually producing enquiries and which are producing none.
Taking one down does not mean editing your website. Disable it in FAST and the form stops appearing everywhere it was embedded. Enable it again and the same snippet starts working, unchanged.
