Opening a SaaS customer

Create the organisation, seat an owner, and let the customer bring their own domain.

    Create the owner account

    A new organisation has nobody in it; the owner is the first person.

    Pick the organisation, enter a name and email

    Out of seats and it stops you. You never set anyone's password.

    Press "Activate"

    It will not activate without a live owner account.

    • The owner gets an email to set their password

    The owner invites their own team

    It stops at the seat limit.

    The owner enters their own domain

    • They prove they own it through DNS

    The platform administrator approves the verified domain

    Suspend or close when you need to
